Fewer ‘young guns’ aid firearms drop in New York City

The city’s young guns aren’t packing heat like they once did. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Thursday reported a 14% drop in weapons linked to suspects 18 to 21 years old – from 744 in 2008 to 638 last year.
